Anita has worked on this pastry recipe for two years, countless hours and trials that have all lead to this very moment. With methods as close to traditional French croissants as you can make them for gluten free, these are as close to traditional croissants as you can find in Australia, and you can taste the love and dedication that Anita has put in creating, making them unique to AWPC.

Available warm and fresh in store or online for click n collect heat n eat. Please note these ones purchasing online for heat n eat are not glazed like the fresh ones from the warmer in store- the glaze would burn if it were to be oven reheated at the temperature recommended. You can make your own glaze with 60gm of icing sugar and 15gm of milk and a pinch of cinnamon , mix it and brush over straight-out of the oven. Allow a minute for it to se up and enjoy!

To enjoy your cinnamon scroll at home, pre heat your oven to 160c, place your cinnamon scroll on a tray and warm for 15 min. Allow the scroll to cool for 5 min on a cooling rack and enjoy.

Can be frozen for up to three months well wrapped or lasts in the fridge for up to 4 days. Best enjoyed warm.
